FUN TIMES, NEW FRIENDS AND TRICKS ON BOARD

It’s all about having fun, making new friends and improving your skills inwakesurfing and wakeboarding.

With us, you will have the best time ever – it doesn’t matter if you come alone or with friends, you’re a beginner or a committed rider or even if your ultimate goal is to get a professional sun tan.  Delawake is all about discovering new things, chill and experiencing adventures to remember. Our camp has unique premises and team to make you feel special every time you visit us.

We ride with best boats in industry so you can have the best wake for your wakesurf or wakeboard sessions. Usually we all go out to the lake together, so you can learn also from others or just have fun with friends on the boat. Our instructors will teach you first steps or some skilled tricks depending on your skill level.

We use BBtalkin waterproof helmets with built-in headphones so you can speak with instructor during your set. We can also take photos and record your set on video to see how you’re doing and what should be improved.

You can either spend all of your days on the lake improving your wakeboard and wakesurf level or you can also combine it with all kinds of other activities, like Portugal’s sightseeing, a day at the ocean – surfing or even skydiving.

We believe that socialising and making new friends is great part of your holidays. That’s why we plan night outs at restaurants. Our team hopes to make your week at our camp full of good times so you want to come back again and again.

Azenha do Mar – most popular West coast restaurant just 51 km away. Takes no reservations and it’s closed on Wednesdays. It can take up to 1 hour to get a table here!

Nave Redonda – closest restaurant. The menu is simple, but you don’t need much to kill hunger, right?

A Tasca do Petrol – another popular restaurant at Monchique. Pretty decent menu, locals’ favourite.

Restaurante A Choupana – restaurant right next to the ocean at Vila Nova de Milfontes.

Day-long Roadtrip

It’s totally worth taking a time off and going on a roadtrip along the West coast to the “end of the world” – Sagres. You’ll see amazing beaches on your way. Have lunch at any of Lagos Old Town restaurants. On the way back, you can visit Portimao and Guia’s shopping malls.

Cities and villages

Odeceixe –the closest town with great beach for sunsets. Typical Portuguese restaurants and cafes.

Monchique – a town in the mountains. Remember that the roads from Santa Clara-a-Velha to Monchique are quite winding. The town is the highest point in Algarve region. Many restaurants and SPAs.

Lagos – the coolest coastal city with a great old town. Wide selection of bars and restaurants. Lagos is the place to visit if you’re up for a proper night out.

Albufeira, Portimao and Quarteira – popular sigtseeing spots. Be ready for masses of tourists and all that comes with it. Great for shopping.
